Shipping policy
Active Life Global is always committed to providing the best shipping service at competitive rates for all orders placed with us. We support international delivery for customers purchasing through our website, fan page, and hotline.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via an intermediary shipping company with the specific delivery policy as follows:
1. Delivery Fees
Active Life Global applies delivery fees based on the costs agreed upon with the partner responsible for transportation and delivery for all successfully placed orders.
2. Delivery Time
Active Life Global will require the shipping company to deliver the goods to the customer within the agreed-upon timeframe after the customer completes all ordering procedures. Shipping time typically takes at least 3 - 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Please note that Active Life Global reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice in case of natural disasters or other special events.
Your order will be delivered a maximum of 3 times (if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange the second delivery schedule. We will attempt to contact you again within the next 2 business days (via text message or direct call); if we still cannot reach you or receive no response from you, the order will no longer be valid).
Upon receiving the goods, customers are only allowed to check for breakage/damage; they are not allowed to peel off seals or try the product.
To check the information or status of your order, please contact the Customer Service department.
When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign the confirmation with the delivery staff first. After that, please inspect the package and record a video before opening it, in case the product has any faults or defects. Please retain the shipping receipt for verification.
Active Life Global only issues invoices in one format: the electronic red invoice, applicable to orders that have been paid for.
Once the goods have been received and payment is completed, please send your invoice issuance information to Active Life Global via email: Tkyessentials.finance@gmail.com along with your order information and red invoice details. Active Life Global will send the electronic red invoice to the email you registered for the purchase within the next 3-5 business days.
